The wine presents with a dark ruby colour in the glass, showing the power of Napa fruit. On the nose it leads with aromas of black cherry, chocolate, tabacco spice and intense black fruits. This velvety wine is seductive on the palate with fine grained tannins and notes of red cassis and graphite. Extrtemely well balanced wine, with long lingering finish, showing the elegance and aging potential of this harmonious wine.

THE VINEYARD

From the vineyard to the cellar the grapes go through various selection processes to ensure we get only the best fruit. Hand harvested into small lug boxes and transported to the cellar. Grapes are then hand sorted to ensure only the best make it into the wines. We do 100% barrel fermentation in french oak, to ensure really integrated oak flavours that match the powerful Napa fruit. The wines are then aged in 80% new french oak barrels fgor 18-24 months.
